Squidoo and Hubpages Earnings

My primary business is eBay, I have a store and sell mostly used clothing and make ok money at it. Enough so I don't have to go get a job and can be home with my kids. For the past year or so I have been dabbling in article writing for these two websites and it is all starting to pay off. not alot but consistently and the more I write the more I make over time.

The key to both is to write like articles and link them together, share them on social websites like facebook and twitter. Add to the articles and republish often to keep them fresh int he search engines and MONETIZE them with google adsense, cafepress, amazon, clickbank (not allowed on hubpages), and other affiliate sites.

The idea here is to give relevant information about the subject and ad the affiliate stuff as additional options for your readers. This way you are not looking all addy and your reader will trust you enough to click on the options for more. I joined Clickbank over a year ago and I love it. It is free to sign up with and if you have blogs or websites like me this is a great opportunity to make some great money at home.

Just go to http://www.clickbank.com and sign up, there is training there and if you go to www.youtube.com and search for Click bank you will find lots of videos on how to make real money on click bank.

This is a great way to start making money for free and then move on to pay per click advertising and CPA Networks and become independently wealthy.

Making Crafts for Money!

So you are a crafty person and want to turn that into a business. Here are some great ways to do just that.

It is a little late for Christmas but you can start focusing on Valentines Day and Easter and sell at local craft bazaars. I just went to a Christmas Bazaar today and got lots of great ideas, talked to a few vendors and had some quality time with the kids :o).

So selling at bazaars, selling in a booth at a crafters mall is good with a monthly rent, Selling online, there are many craft malls on line. My fav crafty web site is Etsy.com but there are others, there might even be one for your local area. You can also start your own website, there are free ones out there, you could do open houses, have your friends do open houses an dgive them "hostess credit".

As you can see there are many ideas on how to sell. As far as what to sell, go to a crafters bazaar in the coming weeks and see what is out there and go from there. I saw some great stuff today and you can too.

Making money helping otheres with their free offer sites.

Project Payday is a new opportunity that I found and there is some great money and free items to be earned here.

Basically you start out by helping others by doing trial offers for them so they can win a free gift card, video game system, tv, etc.... the key here is they pay you thru paypal usually about $25 to $50!! the trick here is that some of these offers cost a few bucks, some are free to try but most come with a trial period and after that ends then you are paying a membership fee or having something shipped to you that you will be charged for. So you have to keep really good track of what you are trying and cancel right before the time is up. If you cancel right away your trial doesn't count and you don't get paid.

Once you get that down then you start joining the sites that offer the free stuff and you pay others to sign up with the trial offers and you get the big stuff, you can then resell on ebay, locally, keep it, gift it or if it is cash you earned it and spend it if it is a gift card same thing.

Find what you love and money will follow

I think too many people try to find the money and then hope that they love what they are doing. The truth is that it works the other way around. So this is how you find what you love and the money will follow...

What do you enjoy? I mean really really enjoy. Do you love to cook? Pampered Chef is always taking on new distributors. Do you love animals? You could raise and sell them or have a grooming business, riding stable...

You can see where I am going with this. When your find what you love to do the money will follow and there are so many companies out there and small businesses that you could start that your options are endless.

If you are not sure what your love to do so the money will follow then you have to dig a little and remember what it was that you enjoyed as a child or what you used to do before the kids came along. Dive in and start figuring it out.

Blogging For Money

For all you bloggers out there this is great news. It is actually why I got into blogging and then found out that I love it! There are 2 ways to make money well I guess 3.

1, You write a blog just like this one and then you sign up with Google Adsense and include Google ads on your blogs and when others click on the ads you get $$$. I am doing it and it works. The trick to this method is to get people to your blog so there is alot of blog promotion. I enjoy sending my blogs to free leads and swapping blog links with others so my blog appears on their blog and their blog appears on mine. There are many other ways to get your blog out there and if you go to www.youtube.com and search for making money blogging you will find some experts that will show you alot of ways to do this.

2, There are Blog Sites out there who pay you to blog. I am not there yet but they are out there. When I dive into them I will blog about it here on this blog and tell you all about it.

3, If you already have a business you can blog about it and promote your blog to being more business = more money to your business.

So there you have it doing something that alot of people are having a blast with and wow you can make money doing it. I love life it sure is great when you keep your eyes and mind open to great things.

Writing Articles for Money $$$

I found a site where I can write an article and recieve money for it. Actually 2 but som far I have not been published on teh second one although I hear there is more money there. I am still waiting for approval on my article, I was told that it takes a bit longer at that site.

You sign up for free, create a profile and voala you are a writer. I think it is a great out just like these blogs and they pay you plus you get paid when people start looking at you article.

It seems that the more original your article subject is the better you get paid. I wrote one on the Law of Attraction and they informed me that there were alot of article about it so it didn't rand so high because of the numbers that have been writen. I just submited one about horse behavior that I am hoping will get ranked a little better. So if you have a hobby that you know alot about start writting about it and make a few bucks.

Making Money with Ebay

This is not a plug for a program! I am just amazed how many people are looking to make a few bucks online and spend money on all sorts of programs and biz start ups when you can simply sell your stuff on Ebay. Don't have a garage sale instead open a store on ebay and start listing items.

The site is super user friendly just take your time and read it all before yo go hog wild listing. You can do this.

When you find something that you want to list first do a little research and find out what other people are paying for similar things. Just because you were told that the signed Nirvana picture is worth hundreds of dollars doesn't mean it is true. Be sure to look at the auctions that have actual bids on them and notice the time left. If that picture is going for 9.99 and there is 1 bid and 2 hours left to go it is probably not going for much more, but.... if there are 15 bidders and it is at $150 with 4 days to go you know it is going to be a good seller.

As far as starting bids, keep them as low as possible. If you are sure, from doing your research, that the picture is going to go for 200 start it at 9.99 and it will go up. Just keep in mind that auctions are a bit of a risk and you have to willing to give up the item for 9.99 if for some odd reason the market goes way down. But if you do your research right you are usually going to do fine. As far as putting a reserve on an item it is a guarantee on your price but you will loose alot of bidders that don't want to play the "how much is the reserve" game.

I bought a sweater and saw that one just like it in a different size was going for 112 with a few minutes left so I listed it at $9.99 and when it ended it only went to 52.00 I was a bit bummed but since I only paid $2 at a thrift store for it, it was a great profit. If I would have started that auction at $75 I would still have the sweater. So just keep in mind to keep the starting bid low, it also helps with your listing fees.
